Cancellation & Backups

You can cancel a service from Limbo Billing when you no longer need it. Depending on your choice, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period or immediately.

1. Open the service from Services.
2. Click Cancel on the service detail page.
3. Choose cancellation type:
   • End of billing period: keep access until the current period ends, then the service stops.
   • Immediate: the service stops right away. This cannot be undone.
4. Provide a brief reason and confirm cancellation.

When a game server service is cancelled, Limbo Nodes attempts to save a final server backup for you to download.

After cancellation, the service page shows a download card if the backup was created successfully. The card includes:

• Backup name and size
• Expiration date: download before this date; backups are not kept forever
• A Download backup button

You can also download from the Services list if a cancelled service still has an available backup.

In rare cases a final backup cannot be created (for example, if the server was already removed or storage failed). If that happens, the service page will indicate that no backup is available.
